Our products have some of the lowest prices in the country. In order keep them low, and customer satisfaction high, we have implemented a new RETURN policy for all purchases made from Taj Mahal Gifts. This includes purchases made on our web site, phone and fax orders and orders placed via email.
We offer a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE policy. We want you to be completely satisfied, or you can simply return the merchandise within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price. We will gladly repair or exchange any damaged or defective merchandise.
BOTTOM LINE: we want you to be 100% satisfied.
To return an item, please email us for a "Return Authorization number" or "RA". You must do this or your return may not be accepted, as we have no way other way of tracking your returned item(s).
All returned items must be in new condition. Please do not write or mark in any way on the item packing itself, as this makes it unsellable. For your protection, please use a shipping service that provides a tracking number. USPS, UPS and FEDEX all provide this service.
Items that are in unsellable condition, are missing parts, or received after the RA expiration date, may be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion, upto the full purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If we make a mistake and ship an incorrect or defective item, we will ship a replacement and you will NOT be charged a shipping fee again.
